Qualifications of Election
Judges
Andrew County Clerk's office is in need of election judges to help staff their polling place.
To be able to serve as an election judge, you must meet the following requirements:
You must be a registered voter in Andrew County
You must declare you political party preference.
You must be able to speak, read and write English
You cannot have a close relative appear on the current ballot.
You must be of good repute and character, and work well with others and with the public.
You must be able to lift moderate (and sometimes awkward) sized objects.
The work day begins at approximately 5:15 a.m. and
ends after the polls close at 7:00 p.m.
You will receive training prior to Election Day.
