Services:
Our office is the Human Resource Director for Andrew County employees payroll, payroll taxes and reports. Retirement and insurance administration. Sell County licenses i.e. liquor, billiards and auctioneer. Notary commissions. Conducts all elections for all entities in the county. All bills for all county offices are paid in this office. Work with entities to set tax rate levies Bid Openings: Receive bids-file copies of bids and notices Keeper of death and birth records ranges from 1883-1930 and other county's official documents.
