Services:
The Assessor covers 436 sq. miles of Andrew County and places value on assessed personal and real property. (We also sell wall plat maps, aerial maps and topographical maps.) New residents need to assess immediately! Personal Property Assessment sheets are mailed to tax payers the first week of January . It is the tax payers responsibility to notify the Assessor's Office of address changes.
