The agency charged with overseeing Missouri's property assessment system, and assisting county assessors. Please, take a few minutes to learn amount the State Tax Commission, how your property is assessed, and the appeal process.
The Assessor covers 436 sq miles of Andrew County and places value on assessed personal and real property.

New residents need to assess immediately!
Personal Property Assessment sheets are mailed to tax payers the first week of January .
It is the tax payers responsibility to notify the Assessor's Office of address changes.
